Night Walk!

We saw a small little stall at the roadside selling dessert. Initially I wanted Grass Jelly but Ah Cek (Uncle) said that it was sold out. So I ordered the same thing as Wendy - Hot Soya beancurd. It's different from Singapore's. In Singapore, it will have this sweet syrup but the Ah Cek put sugar instead. But the more you stir, it will become what you see below. It taste different and nice! Got peanuts in it too. Haha. I only eat certain kind of peanuts (call me wierd).

Don't ask me why Wendy is in a bowl and mine is in a cup. I don't know. But I think the volume is the same. The bowl looks nicer though. Anyway, it is RMB 1, which is S$0.20. Haha. Beat that!

Actually we were looking for KFC but couldn't find it. We went to all directions and streets and couldn't find it. Sorry Mervyn, wanted to really try whether the KFC in China really have problem or not. Haha. But didn't get to try it so you must be happy now? We had another alternative though. We saw this stall selling corn and some other stuffs. But my eyes were only looking at the CORN! Haha. Love corns to bits!

Ah Cek bbq-ing the corn. Yummy corn. A little different. First he spread butter on it then he let it cook for a while then he sprinkles a combination of salt and pepper. Erm... A little hard and it taste different but it's still corn. As long as it is corn, I don't mind.

Look at our corn cooking. Haha. Can you see the hand in the background? It's even agreeing that it's ready already. Haha. Oh! The corn is RMB 2 (S$0.40).

The final results - delicious BBQ-ed corn! Mum and Cheryl, no reasons for y'all saying that I never take a picture of myself. Haha. I like this picture very much. Now you wouldn't see Cookies and Me. You will see more of this pic. =p
